The Problem
Despite growing investment in AI innovation at Crowe LLP, employees across the firm lacked visibility into the AI Lab’s services, initiatives, and impact. Without a centralized experience, teams had limited awareness of available AI solutions, consultation opportunities, and emerging capabilities that could improve internal workflows.
The challenge was to create a scalable digital hub that not only increased awareness of the AI Lab, but also positioned AI as an accessible and actionable resource for teams across the enterprise.
Design Constraints
Because the site needed to exist within Crowe LLP’s SharePoint-based “Nest” ecosystem, the experience had to be designed around strict platform limitations. The goal was to create a dynamic, modern AI innovation hub while working within constrained customization and plug-in capabilities, requiring thoughtful design solutions that maximized flexibility within the existing system.
